Houseworks is a boutique residential building company, specialising in personalised one-stop building services. 

Durrall Tuppen formed Houseworks after many years in the building industry specialising in residential and light commercial projects. 

Durrall is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has extensive work experience both as a ‘hands on’ Builder and as a Project Manager.

Our project management ensures tradesmen and materials are well organised and co-ordinated throughout the build.  We’ll also arrange regular site meetings with you to ensure everything is running smoothly and you are happy with progress.  We deal with Councils, making sure building regulations are complied with, and arrange amendments to plans where necessary.
